Illuminated Portraits with Tine Bech Studio at Dulwich Picture Gallery

Thank you to the visitors at Dulwich Picture Gallery who created over 75 beautifully illuminated family portraits at the Tine Bech Studio Rembrandt’s Light workshop.

Illuminated Portraits with Tine Bech Studio took place at the Linbury Room. Participants learned how to draw with light from multimedia installation artist Tine Bech. Played with movement, colour, light and photography to create their your own illuminated portrait inspired by the exhibition Rembrandt’s Light.

Light drawings are a versatile and playful method, which encourages people to engage and create their own light works. Participants use a range of unique specialised lights and spacial drawing techniques that Tine Bech have developed over the last eight years to create increasingly more advanced light drawings with participants.
