Colour Connection is an immersive artwork that invites visitors to see themselves and the world through a spectrum of colours. Sculpted by artist Tine Bech, the piece is a ‘deconstructed rainbow’ celebrating human connection.
Comprising transparent coloured glass panels and two-way mirrors, this vibrant permanent installation adds a dash of colour and playfulness to the University of Warwick’s Art Collection. Located at University House, it encourages interaction and exploration, offering a dynamic space for students, staff, and visitors to experience the transformation of colours as they shift with the light.
Developed in collaboration with the community, Colour Connection fosters a sense of well-being and shared experience while enriching the site with immersive play and colour. Commissioned by Sarah Shalgosky, Principal Curator, University of Warwick Art Collection.
